Lapo Gresleri is film critic and historian. Born in Bologna (Italy) in 1985, in 2008 he earned the three year degree in Arts, Music and Entertrainment Disciplines with a North American Cinema thesis about noir films. In 2010 he took the specialistic degree with a Cinema and Cultural Studies thesis about Spike Lee’s cinema. Consultant at Cineteca di Bologna since 2009, he is author of several cinematographic essays, articles and reviews published on books and journals as Inchiesta, Archphoto 2.0, Cinergie, Mediacritica, Parole Rubate, Fermenti, Studi Pasoliniani, Cineforum Web, Cinefilia Ritrovata e Le Magazine Littéraire. From 2015 to 2016 he was Vice President of the Cultural Association Leitmovie of which he becomes President in 2017. In 2018 he publish his monography “Spike Lee. Orgoglio e pregiudizio nella società americana” (Bietti).
